There is only 1 vehicle allowed on the property at any time. Place container streetside Sunday & Wednesday nights.
Street parking is allowed from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM (Please do not block neighbors access) Recover them Monday/Thursday after collection
The Dock can accomidate one boat only. NO FISH IS ALLOWED IN OUR TRASH CONTAINER
One Golf Cart is permitted under our 354 home. Fish and other baits etc can be disposed of in Dumpsters
