Venture Out Community. Our Keys Island Villa home is a waterfront lot
offering boaters 35' dock on a safe canal located around the corner
from the Venture Out Marina with easy boating access leading to great fishing
in the Atlantic or turn left to the rich waters of the Gulf. This home on lot
354 has fine design details and is appointed with two king bedrooms and two
full bathrooms. The chef’s kitchen is appointed with custom trims, granite
counters, and a large island. Guests love to sit on the comfortable Seatcraft
power reclining furniture looking out to the east over the open waters of Kemp
Channel. Premium mattress and an efficient layout make this 836 square foot
home feel like the finest accommodations in the area… and our guests agree!
Guests love that Keys Island Villa offers one of the few two-bedroom each with king sized beds, two bath home layouts perfect for up to four people. The home is a short walk from the Venture Out pools, the general store at the Venture Out Marina, and the boat ramp. Outdoor seating is offered at several locations both at our home and at several locations within Venture Out common areas, such as at canal parks, the pool deck, the saltwater lagoon beach area and also offers several tiki huts to find shade.
Boating guests love our waterfront canal home because of the 35' dock for their boat. The dock is outfitted with good bumpers and tie hooks in a canal safe from wind. We are just around the corner from the best priced fuel in the area. The community has outfitters within a mile to buy license, bait, and supplies.
The walking and biking opportunities are extensive in the Venture Ourt community and extending along Overseas highway on well-maintained Monroe County bike paths.

Parking can be complicated in the Keys! One parking space for a car or truck is provided at the home. Daytime vehicle parking is permitted on the street at the home during daylight hours as room is available. At Keys Island Villa we have a street cul de sac loop that almost never has limits to daytime parking. The Venture Out community does offer first come first service parking for one additional vehicle ($5 per day per vehicle) or trailer ($10 per day per trailer). There are also multiple locations in the neighborhood (+-1 mile) that are in the business of providing overflow parking for trailers.
Venture Out access fee is $125 (plus CC fee) per household per stay. That condo association fee is non-negotiable and charged to every group that arrives at the security gates of Venture Out. It must be paid at the time of arrival. We have no control over that fee. Also, we must make prior arrangements that will allow your access to the rental home. The Condo Association requires that we provide contact information and your vehicle data. If you use Airbnb or VRBO instead of booking at www.keysislandvilla.com please send us your email, group member names and vehicle information as soon as possible.
My home is at mile marker 23 on the Overseas Highway meaning we are 23 miles from Key West and all the incredible things Duval, and the town offers. Great restaurants, bars, beaches, and shenanigans are enjoyed in the most fun place in the world! Enjoy!
